Master Teacher

Bibiana Ojeda-Hernandez

My experience at the SDSU Children’s Center has consisted of me being a lab student, assistant/associate teacher, Interim Master Teacher, and finally a Master teacher. I am thankful that I have been able to experience being in the classroom in various positions. Each experience has taught me something new, and I am excited to continue to grow and learn from all of the children and staff that I work with.

I was born and raised in San Diego and received a B.S. and M.S. Degree in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University. I am the middle child of five and have three nephews and three nieces. I love spending time with my nieces and nephews every chance that I get! My passion for working with children and wanting to continue my education in the field of Child Development stemmed from becoming an Aunt and being a part of such a large family.

What I enjoy most about working with children is learning how each child explores and discovers in their own unique way. In addition to working with children, I also enjoy watching movies, hiking with friends, and trying new types of food. I hope to spend more time traveling and seeing new places!
